Just two ideas from my side, considering myself a person who loved playing CoF and Silent Hill very much: Sounds interesting, I'd like to know more. Thats all from me stay safe and healthy everybody! ❤️ That said i want to hear your ideas of what you think would be a good idea to add in the game and i might implement it. Now as for the game's progres, it is expected to take a long time since i am the only person working on this project and it Will have a delay of 2 and a half months because my computer is broken but i will get a New one when the quarentine in my country ends. And thats pretty much all i have to reveal without spoiling way too much. This was in Cry of Fear but was cut out of the game for unkown reasons. Theyre very brutal and the enemies wont give Zoran any mercy. There are also death animations which trigger when enemies kill you. Speaking about stamina you can only recover it after crouching still for a period od time or taking an andrenaline shot. When the player decides to execute,an animation will play where Zoran instantly kills the enemy. A melee weapon is required for execute giving them a bigger role. When a enemy has 15% or lower which can be noticed by the player by the enemy bleeding and its movement being slow they can preform execute. When an enemy is about to attack you can Block the attack and stun him for a few seconds. Now theres a few things about combat that will make stamina play a huge role in the game.
But if you use too mcuh youll get a heart attack and die. You heal by picking up andrenaline shots then using them. The way you heal in the game is very simillar to cry of fear. You just hold the Phone use the interact button and you get an animation of Zoran going to his camera app and taking a picture. When you are able to save youd get an icon of a camera which indicates you are able to save the game. You save the game by taking pictures using your Phone. You also start with a low amount of max health that gets higher the as you progress through the game. In the game you have a resident evil type of inventory but its a bit smaller. As soon as he discovers that terrifying monsters infested the region, he does everything he can to escape to safety. Zoran wakes up in the same place he went unconciouss. They get into a fight but eventually they beat Zoran up to the point of losing conciousness. The game starts when Zoran is taking a shortcut to get home only to get cornered by some People he is familliar with. So far since i dont have a an actual name for the game i Will refer to it as Project Fear. Im not gonna be explaining every single detail about it but i Will talk about the things that might intruge Cry of Fear/Afraid of Monsters fans to follow the game's progress.
